HELP! Flange Nut Removal (Strut tower top plate)

So, I’m installing a lift kit on my 03 SR5...managed to remove tie rods, ball joints and LCA to isolate the strut. As I was removing the three top plate nuts, one of them seemed extremely stubborn. I used the ratchet hammer method, heated it, used wd40, heck I even tried splitting the nut. Nothing has worked over the course of TWO HOURS and IT WONT BUDGE....I need help ASAP....should I take a drill to it or a Dremel? Won’t be reusing the bolt or nut.

My vote is for an impact socket on a breaker bar... Use a pipe to extend the breaker bar if you have to!

If this is the nut in the back, remember you can get to it from inside the engine compartment if you bend back the fender a little.
