Help - Fog Lights On Whenever Truck is Running?

Hey guys,

My recently purchased 2012 4Runner came from the States (I'm in Canada). When the dealer imported it, they had to install DRL's.

My problem is that the fog lights are always on. They only shut off after so many seconds when the engine shuts off. Even with the light switch to 'off', the lights are on.

What should I look for or do to make them function normally? I think the dealer somehow hot wired them as a DRL system?

Hmm, maybe I'll just learn to love them! I've seen that some people mod their trucks to be like this.

I just like the look of nothing but the orange lights with the black contrast of the body.
