NEW TO FORUM....I HAVE A 98'V6 WITH 250,000 MILES,,, I :horn:LOVE MY TRUCK

MISFIRE CYLINDER 1, DIAGNOSED BAD INJECTOR, INSTALLED NEW INJECTOR TODAY,, BUT WHEN STARTED IT WAS LEAKING FROM OTHER
INJECTOR(S)....TOOK APART AND PUT IN NEW SEALS....PUT BACK TOGETHER AN TRUCK WON'T START...

IS IT POSSABLE WHEN TIGHTING PLENUM THE GASKET IS LEAKING? HELP?

DO I HAVE TO BLEED SYSTEM, FUSE?

ANY HELP WILL MAKE MY SUNDAY LESS OF A NIGHTMARE.

You're possibly pinching the o-rings on the injectors. Make sure they're lubricated, I just lick my fingers and wipe the o-ring with them, and that you're spinning them in, not just pressing them in.

Why it won't start though, that's weird. Is it turning over at all? Need more info on that
 
Don't forget to check the ground by the diagnostic plug if you messed with it. Leaving that loose has caused many a no-start.

Other than that, tough to do over the internet with what you told us. Spark, fuel, compression, timing.

oops. I diagnosed a bad injector on a third gen not too long ago as well. opted to replace all six because if one fails, the rest are not far behind.

Did you reuse the OEM metal gaskets for the upper and lower half of the upper plenum? remember to plug everything in again? I'm sure you were less than pleased to have to pull it apart again...and that's where mistakes happen. Just comb over everything.... MAF connector, injector connectors, coil connectors, ground wire... TPS, IAC etc.
