Help Identifying a bracket!!!

Help!!!

I have searched everywhere, and I cannot find this bracket.

no parts diagrams, service manual, etc. identify it. I have tried ordering 2 different ones, and they were both wrong.

It is on the back of the air surge tank (manifold) and holds the heater hoses in place.

Nope, not it, that's the bracket that holds the manifold down.

Yup, and my friend who is a master tech...

No luck with them.
