I assume you mean the clicking sound? More info would be good....I heard someone say "hes got the locker on", is this true? What are your mods? How often does it happen? Someone may immedeatly know what it is, but the more info you can provide, the better the diagnosis will be.

Rear locker was engaged but I've been through tougher spots without that noise. Definitely coming from the front.

First time I've heard it. Throughout that trip seems to only happen with articulation.

Front 6112
Rear 5100 w ome springs
Dk uca
Full skids and sliders

Sway bar still in place

The rest of the front end is stock.

Does your vehicle have crawl control as well as terrain select, was it on /engaged? Maybe also ATRAC . Have u ever played with crawl contro if so equipped noise or clicking is even worse on slower speeds !

Yes has crawl control and mts those were not engaged and I'm very familiar with the sounds they make.

I kept thinking maybe cv boot since thy do go out and I off road pretty hard sometimes but from everything I've read if it was going out I would always hear it clicking/popping but I don't.

I then research more and found a few videos of the front diff going bad and the noise it made and it reminded me with my time here in the video I'm hoping it's just maybe a bushing lol somewhere. I'm big PM (preventive maintenance) guy so I'd like to figure out if this is a potential problem or just flexing noise which I don't think it is.

Hey man I have the exact same noise coming from my front suspension only when I hit things square on. Mostly in off-road situations. Also on 6112s at the 3rd notch in the front.

Had my truck on the lift twice now and torqued everything down to factory spec. I originally thought it was the lower control arm bushings but nothing has play!

Yeah it's kicking my ass. I think I'm going to take off my sway bar again and try to flex her somewhere to see. I'm paranoid but at the same time she's still purring and going straight so I'm hoping I'm just over thinking it.
