HELP installing Appradio 3

I bought my appradio from bestbuy and they also installed it. I get back to pick it up before they close and the guy still wasn't done. He said he was having trouble with the steering wheel controls (could only get one button working) and there was a constant beeping. He couldnt figure why the car was beeping nor could he get it to stop. Can anyone give me some info for when I take it back to bestbuy besides get someone else to finish the install lol.

If this was around when I was purchasing a radio I might have got this over the Sony.

Will do as soon as everything is working properly. Bought the $70 kit to hook my iPhone 5 up to it and its not working lol so far frustrating
