Help me diagnose a knock

Can someone with a more experienced ear tell me what this knock might be? I don't think its the PCV, but can't quite locate it. I did a compression test and am getting over 200 in all cylinders. 300K KM / 192K miles. Should I be concerned?

Definitely coming from your driver's side bank. Normally I'd just blame noisy injectors but that is a knock of sorts. Have you tried changing the oil, or switching to a heavier weight? Sometimes that's all that is needed to quiet things down. Doesn't sound ominous yet. Compression check rules out valves, so that's good.

valve lash or injector noise use a solid bar or a stethoscope. Move it around until you find the loudest spot.

Any update to this? I have the same knock I believe but was told it's normal for 4runners to have this knock.
