help me ID these wheels

i've been looking for a set of 16" wheels for my 3rdgen and ran across these.

anybody got an idea what year? will these work ok?

Those were found on 1st Gen Tacomas and Tundras. They will fit without issue.

Yup came on taco's and tundra's, I have a set that I have painted graphite on my runner. imo they are good looking rims on a gen3

Don't pay much for those, they are some of the most common factory wheels and go for very cheap very often, 100$ is the most I'd recommend paying for a nice set.

they aren't my first choice for rims, but lucky for me, a local guy is looking to trade them for my set of 15's. So, since I like free...

one more thing, the tires on the 16's are 265's. from reading on here, i should expect some rubbing on a no-lift truck? think i would be ok just driving around town with those tires, and then that would give me some time to collect some lift parts.

265/70R16's are the stock tire size. (unless your truck came with 15"wheels from the factory but that was just a few base models.)

Yes they are a 16x7 wheel. The factory size is 265/70R16 which is a 31x10.5 and is the stock size for 15's, so no you shouldn't have a rubbing issue. If you put 265/75's on you might get some minor rubbing when turning while the suspension is compressing. Also these rims will work with the 231mm TBU.

And [MENTION=90352]UnderFire[/MENTION] is right, those rims are extremely common. They came on '01-'04 Tacomas and similar year Tundras and Sequoias.
