help me identify this wire please!!

this wire is on the am2 plug on a 95 sr5 v6 runner. its the second wire from the left on the plug if your standing next to the passenger side wheel looking at it (solid blue wire). its because of this ONE single wire, that my runner was draining batteries constantly because it was reading a constant voltage somehow/somewhere and leaving some of the dash lights/guages on. so I clipped this wire and viola! lights went out in the dash and EVERYTHING still works as it should. im hoping some of you guys who are better than reading electrical diagrams than me can help me out, as ive spent an hour or two looking through my haynes manual diagrams to no prevail. i would like to know what ive clipped lol, as stated though. everything still works as it shouldd, cruise and all, so unless its real bad, im just gonna leave it snipped. thanks!

Well according to the schematic that wire goes to the wiper washer circuit. The wire you are refering to is in the EB1 connector. It looks to be controlling power to the washer motor.

Top of page 16 The "L" stands for light blue and it is the only solid blue wire for the EB1 connector.
