Help me source this part for 2015 Trail Roof Console

Would the TRD Pro have the console with Homelink, but without a sunroof? Or is the Pro missing Homelink just like its missing turn signal mirrors?

According to the specs, no homelink.

The TRD Pro is more like a standard trail with softex and seat heaters.

EDIT: I was mistaken: read further.

1. How do I source this panel? Neither I nor my local parts guy can find it?

If you can supply with the VIN of an American vehicle that has the console you want I can give you the exact part number out of the catalog.
 
See attachment. It appears only 2 versions are available for purchase. One with everything including homelink and moonroof(like picture 3) and one with nothing(like picture 1). The other 2 versions are discontinued.

Yep, I agree. The trdp is a TEP without the sunroof. And I think the the 2nd console pic in the OP is probably a trdp. I never noticed that blank on mine until this thread. I wonder what a PITA it is to remove the headliner enough to run a button fro rack lights. I'll have to check that out. I'm ordering the bajarack flat utility rack with the spy light system this afternoon.
 
Just a note that the Homelink buttons on my 2013 Toyota 4Runner Trail Edition are not back lit, so its by feel at midnight.

Yet on the my wife's 2009 Toyota Sienna they are.

Some step or something was missing in the directions that came with the 4Runner's owner's manual, and I found the missing step on some other website. I believe it was this site:
HomeLink (and you have to pick your vehicle still).

Have a Genie garage opener, only because the previous one was a Genie, and it seemed like I could do it myself if I got the same brand.
 
Ok.. Now I know I'm being silly. But I want that :).

My local dealer parts guy claims I can only buy the whole upper console and it costs almost 1K!!!!! Maybe I'll find an elusive totaled pro...

You may want to double check your compatibility also. I upgraded my garage door a few years ago to a chaimberlain with battery backup and there are comparability issues with some garage door/vehicles. I had to use a repeater supplied by home link (it plugs into the wall making my battery backup useless) just to get it working with our Mercedes and infinity. You can check it out on homelinks site I think.
 
That is one of the only parts I do have figured out. We just replaced our garage door and its compatible.

No, in all the oem homelink modules I've had in the past the circuits and transmitter are all integrated behind the buttons. And if that's the case and the harness isn't installed I was just going to tap on of the other positive wires in the upper console.

Are you familiar with the wiring/home link module in the T4R? Is it different?
