There's a million threads on this code. Most likely all you need to do is clean your MAF with MAF cleaner, let it dry, and reinstall.

I was afraid of that. It seems to defeat the purpose of having a code if it refers to a million different possibilities.

There is a bunch of responses and threads regarding this issue, but they all seem to point to the MAF....So that is pretty much the only answer
