Help, need to replace screw/wheel thing in back wall of cargo area. What's it called?

I am attaching a picture of the attachment I am looking for. There is one on the left and right wall of the cargo area. The one on my right wall is missing and I'm looking into getting a replacement on eBay or something. I can't find them anywhere and in all my research I've never seen one or mention of one. My right wall makes a noise when I go over bumps, probably because something is a little loose from when I had to replace the subwoofer behind it. I'm hoping this will help hold it down.

Didn't know what the hell it was until I got the factory cargo net. On the bottom (floor) you will notice metal rings. The rings and the dial/wheel/thingie is where the factory cargo net anchors to. Doubt you'll find it on fleabay, but good luck!

Yup, pretty sure it's #23. Broke mine one time when I took if off without understanding how it works.
