99 limited 5 speed tranny. Had a problem with it going into reverse with the clutch engaged and on the second or 3rd try it would go in. One morning headed to work I got frustrated with it and forced it into gear. There was a loud pop and threw it in neutral. I put it in reverse and it when right in and backed up with a ticking noise. Noise goes faster the faster you back up. 1-5 gears are still fine and the clutch is only a few months old and feels good still. Any ideas on what it could be and a price range to get it fixed would be greatly appriciated. Thanks for reading.
