Help Please: think I'm losing my mind ... N-fab 1464r

I have a '15 LE
Bought n-fab t1464r in July
Waited to get a spacer kit fabbed. Fell through.
Decided to go antman's route and cut the rocker panel.
Removed rocker panel.
Deboxed the t1464r set.
Go under the truck to line it up... And it doesn't look like it fits.

My rocker panel bolts are wider apart on the front than the middle and the back.

The "t1464r" bars in my garage have all 3 mounts with equal spaced bolts.

This doesn't seem right... Did they send me the wrong bars in the right box?

Tell me I'm crazy. What am I missing?

You got the curved part of the bars facing forwards? Also I only have 1 screw per hole holding mine up if that helps

You only used 3 screws per side?

Yes curved front. But erroneous point since all 3 mounting brackets have equidistant bolt holes.

Unfortunately I didn't know better at the time so I installed the aluminum OEM running boards with plastic end caps. They are now quite banged up; the front bracket on the drivers' side hit a rock so hard it bent the running board, the bracket, the trim bracket, and even bent the rocker panel a little.

Now when I want to go off road I take the boards and trim off. Because of the bent rocker panel and brackets I'm very familiar with the space between the front bolts. Reinstallation requires a very specific set of steps to get all the bolts started on that side.

I'm not familiar with N-Fabs, but I'd be surprised if a single bolt at each bracket would keep everything stable. Even the little trim support brackets use 2 bolts each, and they aren't supporting any weight. How many bolts came in the package? Zero, three, or six?

Just a total guess, but it's possible N-Fab stuck the wrong steps in your box.

They only use 5 bolts per side- your friend is correct.

They make N-Fabs that fit the LE now. Would it be possible for you to exchange the ones you have?

That's funny....

I had mine for over 3 years and the only rust was from little rock chips underneath. A few touchups and they looked brand new before I sold them.
