I'm trying to change the rotors on my '95 Toyota 4Runner, and I can't get the old rotor off! I've removed the brakes and the caliper completely, and there was a cap in the middle with a bolt underneath... both of which I've removed. I was told it should come right off, and if it doesn't, to try and break it loose with a hammer... attempted both of those... please help! Here's some pictures to give you a visual...
