HELP! Rattling noise after DS install.

I put the DS 2.5/1.5 on my runner a few weeks ago. When turning left, and not at full lock just slightly turning the wheel like on a curved road, i get a rattling sound out of the front right tire area. It sounds like a heat shield rattling. Only at slow speeds as well. I checked my heat shields and visually inspected the tire area and cant find anything loose, tires don't rub, im stumped...for now. Any ideas guys?

I had the same problem after my Daystar install. For me it was the XREAS hose bracket that I forgot to bolt back into place on both sides. I would say check all the nuts and bolts one more time.

I had a rattle from the rear after i installed mine. Turned out i had forgotten to retorque the upper rear shock nuts. :nono:

Torque Specs

Little off topic, but I am getting my Daystar in the mail today and I am not sure what the torque specs are for my Runner. Will they be on the instructions, or do I have to find them elsewhere?

i 2nd that. recheck the top 3 nuts and the shock bolt on top and bottom as well. the top shock bolt with that 1/2ass nut is normally the problem.
