Help read abs codes

I have abs and vsc lights on and i got the abs flashing lights to get the code but dont know how to read them. Can someone help me? Thank you

It looks like DTC "31" is being shown which is a DTC for the Right Front Speed Sensor Circuit.

I'm not sure what the VSC blinking means, the FSM doesn't state anything regarding that... I will try to dig a bit deeper and figure out.

Awesome thanks man! your good ive been out of town so nothing i could have done to it but you probably just saved me a ton of time troubleshooting it. Which makes sense being he just did the front brakes. Let me know if you figure out what the flashing vsc means
