Hey gang, I have a T8 headunit and, despite others with issues, I love mine. I just built a subwoofer enclosure and got my amp wired up only to find out the I dont seem to have any signal coming from the preamp sub out (GREEN) to the rcas. I checked the voltage and don't see any. Is there some software setting I have to click to enable the preamp out for the subwoofer of am I doing something incorrectly?

Guidance please!

Did you look in the equalizer? There is a bunch of options in there

Yeah I checked there. But didn't see anything that indicated Sub Out. There is a slider that says SUBWOOFER but sliding it up or down didn't seem to do anything.

The app that says AUX (in pic) seems to control the camera inputs only. The Car Settings app has nothing related to audio outputs either

There's a FB group set up for support for these units, have you posted there? Probably your best resource.

Take a cell phone and use a 3.5mm jack to rca and plug that into the amp and make sure everything works that way.
