(Help)Tried changing front parking lights/turn signals out and now none of them work!

Last week my front left turn signal bulb went out and had a fast blinker inside. i ordered some LED replacements from Amazon (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01D8DJN30/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and they arrived today. When I put one of them in to check if they worked, nothing happened so i turned it around in the socket and it still didn't work, then i noticed that instead of the fast blinking for one side now neither side blink at all. None of the turn signals blink at all, and the dash turn signals don't blink either for either side. Hazards don't work either.

I'm thinking something shorted out or something or maybe a fuse, i have not checked all the fuses but I'm about to go do that now. Does anybody know if it should be an inside fuse or a fuse next to the battery?

Could anything else have caused this problem that i can check on?

Im thinking of disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes then reconnecting it to see if that will help. Thoughts on this?

EDIT: Disconnected the battery to see if that would reset something and it did not. I don't know enough about this to figure it out myself.

I tried replacing my fog lights with LEDs, and they would not light up. I re-installed original bulbs, and they worked fine. I tried another set of new LEDs and they didn't work either. I gave up and re-installed the original bulbs which still worked fine. I don't know why the LEDs wouldn't work, and I don't think you damaged anything.

Check fuses. Not sure where that one is, but either down low to the left of the steering column or under the hood on the driver's side fender.
