Help W/ Splash Guard Inside Fender Well

I just replaced my power antenna.:happy:Now I need to put back the splash guard inside the fender well and chrome trim on my SR5 (not the mud flap behind the tire). It's inside the wheel well. Is there any easy way to take off those darn plastic/hard. rubber caps? I wasted one but got it off. I notice that the corners of the caps have like buttons below the round cap head; but they are so hard to push in. Not sure if they are meant to be pushed in or just weathered hard. Any help much appreciated.

Those little black push caps are a ***** I had to rip em out. Ended up usin little black zip ties to put the wheel well back in. But I'm sure you could buy new ones

I ended up buying these because they are the same as the stock ones and they are definitely cheaper. No reason to .75 per.
