I'm down in Austin for school and only need to install a 3/2 spacer lift but I think doing it with other people would help. My parents live up in Dallas and have a huge garage with tons of tools, big jack, etc...but no jack stands. What date were you all thinking about doing this and maybe I'll drive up and join you all...

I was out of town this past weekend but will be around this weekend. I have stuff to do Sunday evening (2/20) but otherwise could head over anytime in the AM and we could knock it out. If you need to do it Saturday I can probably make that work as well but might not be able to dedicate as much time. I'm the same way; can't stand to have brand new shiny parts sitting around and not install them!

Think I got the basics, plus stands and floor jack. No pry bar but not sure if its needed? Think I would rather have it to be safe. Socket set I have is pretty basic but gets the job done. No torque wrench. I will rent the spring compressor end of week. Do I understand this correctly, there are 2 types of spring compressors (one being air pressured and one being hand crank)? If so, mellow do you have an air compressor? Just asking but do you have any tools that would be better than what I am bringing? Oh yeah and beer. Early Sunday AM would work great for me How early is early? Once this project gets started its got to finish cause of the xreas susp.
3TONMike - you still want to lend a hand...hows this sunday...could def use your bar and knowledge

I don't think I have any better tool options than what you've already got covered and I don't have an air compressor available to use. I have to be in Arlington around 5 so I can start anytime you want to ensure we have plenty of time to finish before I have to bug out.
