LED-Newbie here....looking for some assistance with an LED conversion. Looking mainly to do the interior bulbs, map, dome, courtsey, etc. Looking at various websites, I see there are MANY different connectors and blades. How do I determine what connector type I need for my runner???

There are some expensive kits out there but I converted both of our 4Runners for just a couple bucks each using ebay.

Get a couple of these for the dome lights (festoon socket):
12V Pure White Car Interior 48 5050 SMD LED Light Lamp Panel T10 Dome | eBay

Then get a set of these for the map lights, door puddle lights, and license plate lights (T10/168/194 socket):
10x Super White T10 168 194 W5W 2825 8 SMD Vehicle LED Interior Map Light Bulbs | eBay

Note that the 48 LED panels are super bright, go with 36 or 24 LED panels if you prefer less light.

Edit - forgot to add, for the lighted running boards I also got a 4 of these:

Attached is a file I built when I was converting my runner over to leds.... As long as you stay with the individual part numbers you should be fine.... Ordered mine from Vleds and a couple from ebay...
