Guys, struggling here. I blew through the front, thought the rear would be easy. I got the stock springs out, but i cannot get the new superflex springs in.

What am i missing?

I have the shocks off, sway bar disconnected, etc.

I cant force the axle down anymore without poppoing the brake lines.

Not having a great time.

With both stock springs out, and brake lines bracket bolt removed, I jacked up on the opposite side of the rear end from which I was installing the new longer spring. Worked well for me. You can get an extra person and a long pipe to do it too.Just pry down on the opposite side than the one you are installing the new spring in.:hippie:

Nope. I didn't go crazy with it, but just expanded it enough to slip in the longer springs. My rear 895's are the about the same length as the superflex, just stiffer.

In the daylight and with a fresh mind i think i found the problem. My jackstands are not tall enough to allow me enough flex. Off to buy some pavers to stack under them and we will try again.
