Help with sliders

Alright guys, I have a favor to ask. I just recently found a shop that is willing to work with me to build any and all custom pieces for my 1999 Highlander. Essentially, I design and bring them a CAD drawing and materials, and they will do all fab, welding, etc. Then we can work together to install, and any paint etc. is up to me. First thing up is a set of sliders: I already have enough 1.75 OD .120 wall HREW tube. My question is this, can everybody with a set of sliders, custom or bought, post up pics? And also, if anybody is willing, could I get measurements of the space between the actual slider rails (the two parallel rails), and anybody with kick-outs, could you get a measurement of distance it sticks out further than main body of sliders? I have a couple options in mind, but would like to see several examples for comparison. Any help is much appreciated. On a side note, this shop might be interested in making stuff for group buys on this site, so I would like to get a great design in the works. Again, thanks in advance.

I'll post pics and measurements tomorrow since they're just sitting in my living room. :ybrick:

i think your advice and opinions should only count as half a vote as yours are mantle pieces and your wife is probably looking at them trying to figure out a way of hanging pictures from them and or turning one of them into a lamp lol :hello::lmao::jk: on a side note i just got all my sliders in today and so hopefully tomorrow i can get them out to the powdercoater

Here are a few pics of mine. They are 4xInnovations that I customized with treadplate in the open spaces.

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics.

Those are 4xInnovations Bandit? They don't look anything like mine. My crossbars don't go diagonal. Are those an older model or newer? Mine 4xs look like this...

Hey, thanks for all the response guys. Those measurements are exactly what I was looking for. I kind of like the idea of diagonal crossbars too, begs some thought. If anybody else has sliders with dif measurements, maybe a wider or longer kickout section, that would nice to see. The guys are wanting to get a prototype to fit to my Runner by end of next week. This def helps a ton.

I have a set from CBI that are 65' long. finally painted and hope to be welded on thursday after work.

will post pics soon as I have a few things on the list being checked off :reddance:

Thanks for the compliments guys.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I had Adam at 4xInnovations put the crossbars at 45 degree angles. A custom touch that makes them stand out from the rest, and he only charged me a few extra bucks to do it.

Are they just as strong with the 45degree as opposed to the 90degree?

I don't really see why they wouldn't be. I don't do anything too hardcore anyway.
