Help with SuperCharger........

Just had my S/C installed by Toyota. First off it's Fast as shit!!

Problem is the VSC OFF/VSC TRAC & CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS are all on. Resetting the Computer doesn't change a thing. Any ideas????

if it was the 4th gen. i'd say the yaw sensors. but i'm not 100% sure on a 3rd gen...

you mentioned the computer being reset. when you reset or reprogram the ecu the sensors need to be calibrated.

By removing the fuse that should reset the ECU, whisch is does and all 3 lights do go off but Toyota is telling me it may take a couple hundred miles for the 4runner to re-learn and shut the lights off.

that sounds a little odd. if that's true then it means whenever you pull the ecu fuse you may or may not have vsc for a couple hundred miles or however long it takes the 4runner to 're-learn'? my dealership specifically told me that they cannot let anyone drive off the lot with ANY safety features not working or else they are liable if an accident happens. on the 4th gens. when you reset the ecu you need to physically calibrate the sensors and they work IMMEDIATELY after that, no lights on, nothing. but i guess it may be different for the 3rd gens although it doesn't seem right, or very safe. has your lights gone off yet?
