So I'm away at work for a few weeks in the Gulf of Mexico and about to order shocks, struts,coils, but not sure about the specifics of my 4runner. It's a 1999 2.7 2wd with 215,000 miles. Only use it for highway use pretty much for work. Been searching the forums for a few days now and get couple different sets of info. If I was in front of it I probably wouldn't be askin for help. For the front, was just gonna get monroe oe spectrum struts(71352). For the rear, spectrum shocks(37157). The rear sags quite a bit so gettin some coils. Nothin pricey. All choices say 4wd for 15" and 16" rims. Are the rear springs the same for 2wd and 4wd? And also while lookin for springs, should I replace the fronts? If so any suggestions? Am I even correct that the fronts are struts and will have a shorter spring? Lookin at rockauto or amazon for the order. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!! Would like to have everything there before I get home!
