Here is where I can help you:

For the oxygen sensor, Denso is good. Get it off Amazon.com for the best price.

For the brake calipers and rotors - ugrade to the Tundra calipers and rotors. A lot have already done that on this forum and are happy with it.

Cold air intake would be up to you. It will help performance slightly and change the sound of the intake. Not really something I would see as necessary to put money into but to each his own.

For the cat, exhaust, and fog lights, I don't have much experience there. Sorry.

Toyota Tundra with the same year my 4Runner?

Assuming you don't already have stock fogs? Maybe post some detail about your truck (year and trim style specifically) so we have an idea of what you're looking at.

I did the Hella fogs a couple of months ago. See if this helps:

Here. Find the proper O2 sensor for your truck..

K&N is a bad buy, dont do that.

What is the difference between the sensors if they look exactly alike? anyway I'll buy the exact model that indicates the guide in case you change into something I do not know.

About Air Filter K & N just want to use the investment as I replace the one I have now, in which case you recommend me buy the OEM filter??

Thanks for the Post of the brakes, you could reupload the photos? Thanks
