If you want level advise the tech to set the fronts at .85". This will leave the rear end slightly higher unloaded. In the picture below my signature my fronts are set at 1.75". This gives me a level "look" but with a couple hundred pounds of work gear in the back it actually has a slight reverse rake. You can see larger pictures at the "build thread" linked in my sig. You really should go look through the 5th Gen Lifted thread stickied at the top of the page. There are lots of before and after pictures in there for the various systems.

Bilstein 5100

The front shocks have 4 settings from 0, 0.85, 1.75 and 2.5 inches. The rears are fixed.

The 5100s on the rear give no lift or maybe 1/4 inch due to the pressure.
The fronts set on the second groove will give 0.85 which will look good and still be ok with a load in the back. It should be about 1 inch higher in the back with this setting.
The 1.75 will give a better level but may go tail down with a load.
2.5 if you really want some lift and are using spacers in the back to clear larger tires. This will give both lift and level.

The photo is with 0.85 front and the rear is 1 inch higher than the front but looks almost level. I do have air bags, but they are set to 5 lb. and may not provide any lift.

I think second groove is for 1.75. The first notch is .85.
