help with tuneup

I went to PepBoys this weekend to get replacement plugs, cap, wires, etc. and air filter to do a tuneup.

The guy shows me that they don't carry parts for this model and not sure what I need.

I haven't done a tuneup yet so not sure about his logic. (Only 25K miles)

wtf? Is there some revolutionary new method that Toyota implemented where they don't use these items anymore?

Am I missing something here?

Plugs and perhaps an air filter is all you need. There's no rotor, cap and wires. Toyota uses small, individual coils that sit on top of the spark plugs.
