Key stuck in ignition... Need help.

Key won't turn to lock.

Have you tried turning the key to the on position and shifting thru the gears a few times, then trying to take it out. Or even try fiddling with the gear shift while trying to take it out?

Didn't work...
But the key just broke

Did some research. Needs some sort of switch lock control sensor.

If you have an auto transmission, it would be good to make sure that the shifter linkage underneath the truck is not loose. If the truck is not registering it is in "Park" the key wont come out.

Sounds like you've got it covered though!
