Well I am picking up my 1999 4runner here in a few minutes so while I have some time I figured I would stop and say hey. I am more of a lurker so I typically do not post too much.
I live in Tempe,AZ and I believe the 4runner has been in AZ its whole life so it is completely rust free. A mere 188k on the clock and it is still running extremely well. The previous owner took really good care of it, and before him it was a toyota technician who owned it.
It is 2wd and an auto which is exactly the configuration I was looking for.
This is going to be my daily driver for the next 2 years(hopefully) so I wont be doing any crazy modifications to it. Probably just a push bar with fogs and a rack.
It has a few minor issues but nothing that I am scared to tackle myself.
Anyways take it easy guys and have a good one.
