HI-LIFT to ARB Bumper Jack Mount

So I purchased the ARB HI-LIFT JACK MOUNT ARB part #3500040 and apparently it doesn't fit the 3rd gen ARB bumper.
I'm wondering what you guys have used to attach a HI-LIFT to the ARB. I would also like to attach it to my CBI rear if needed.
Has anyone used the Slee Off-Road Jac-Kof Tool? Will it work/fit?

I'm am aware of the dangers in using a HI-LIFT and when it is needed, so there is no need for that type of dialog in this thread. There are plenty of threads that cover that topic.

I also have a new ARB HI-LIFT JACK MOUNT (3500040) for sale. Lol

I have an ARB bumper but I don't intend to use my jack on it. I have a Hi-Lift Lift Mate to use to lift a wheel instead.
