HID fog lights quit working

So I recently changed out my fog lights for a 3000k hid kit. They worked great for a few days, but recently quit working. I have checked fuse and swapped out the relay with no luck. I even put the halogen bulb back in and it didn't work either. The day it quit working it was raining, and then snowed so I figured something got wet. I unplugged everything today and didnt notice any water. Yes the headlights are on when I try. Ideas?

Im having the same issue right now. I left the bulbs out for a while while in the body shop, saw some rain too. Now I get no voltage on them. I checked fuse and relay also. Not sure what else to try. Could there be something disabling them?

Check the fog light wiring harness. Both fog light wiring harnesses had melted inside the connector and so it was a bad connection. I ended up replacing the one harness for the relay to switch on/off my fog light HIDs and just tied up the other side. You can also confirm that the HIDs are fine by connecting the relay to your headlight harness

Hmm this does sound like a possibility. I'll have to check it out.

Can you explain more how you fixed this? Right now I have the ballasts plugged directly into the factory harness. My low beam retrofits use a relay harness. Do i need that same relay harness for the fogs? It's a 35w kit.

So make sure your fog HID kit still works by connecting it to your low beam relay harness. If it still works, then it's probably the original fog female wire harness. I just cut off the old harness and wired up a new harness on one side. I would recommend getting a relay harness for your fog HIDs as well.

Well figured it out.... I found something else that wasn't working .... my driver side high beam. I replaced the bulb and still didn't work. Ended up being the L side high beam fuse. Somehow through the process of the low beam retrofit and doing the fogs I must have done something to cause it to blow. I'll definitely keep an eye on it.
