HID Group Buy: Who's in??

This kit is a P.O.S.

The headlights they give you are so poorly manufactured that they will not even fit into the sockets in the back of the headlight assembly

Does not work and I am going to return mine.

Nope, H11

Both on where the ballast and old light wire met and where the bulb went into the actual projector housing didn't fit at all.

When I compared them to the stock lights, you could see that they were the same BASIC shape but the GotHID bulb was very poorly manufactured.

I just hope they don't try to stop me from returning this, I expect every penny back.

You bought the QB right?

As I remember they were an extra $5 or something like that, I feel that you probably got a different, and somewhat better kit than I did.

It will be interesting what sort of luck everyone else with an 06-08 will have....

I had the same problem.... Good luck getting a response from them... I have been trying for almost 3 weeks. Pretty much written off that money at this point....

My kit does not fit either. The factory bulb clicks in and out just fine, but this one doesn't fit. It seems that the plastic fins are too big for the slots.

H11 in a 2008.
 
The h11's for my 2007 they sent me doesn't fit either!!! And not only that the plastic flanges are made with cheap brittle plastics!! Requested a full refund!
 
I got and Installed both kits yesterday (low and fog).

It did take me a little longer, about 2.5 hours, to get everything in. I thought the brackets were kind of useless with out directions. The lights them selves fit perfect with the exception of one low beam. The Fins did seem a little off but I managed to fit it in fine.

That's nice that you were able to install your kit. Now why don't you tell us what year your car is so we can learn something from your experience.

What makes you think they are in California? Their website says they are in New York.

We are receiving emails from people that arent happy with our products in
regards to H11 bulb fit. Instead of talking to us , they are breaking our
products and in addition to that they bash our products and request for
money back.

Also we are under the impression that you send us a list with mixed up kits.
We checked the forum you are at , and looked like people received 2 kits
instead of one . We have to pull the orders and verify one by one again to
see if they match...

Anyway , we all tried here to work in a good faith as we have been doing.
We offered you the best deal that not even our best wholesalers get . All
we wanted is a positive feedback , not people writing non-sense and trying
to get money back...

If they are not satisfied with the kit and it is not mounted in the car ,
please have them returning for a full refund.

So do they want us to return the kit to the PO box that's on the box or is there a specific rma # and address? I've emailed them but they haven't responded.
