Sir we are willing to cooperate with you by either accepting the product back and issue a full refund or there is a $10 shipping fee to send you the right product, We were provided with a list that includes the product we sent you first and we cannot be liable for those mistakes. This really sucks. I think we all got really badly duped here, and the heck of it is, we will probably never see that money again. Oh, and I love how after 14 days we are :"on our own" What happened to the 1 year unconditional warranty... Ohh, yeah, thats BS too!

Paypal is very good at protecting both merchants and customers. As a customer, if you feel that the product you purchased is not as described and the merchant is not being cooperative you will most likely get your money back.

Based on my experience, I would also suggest contacting your credit card company directly to dispute it on your behalf as well.

I Shipped mine back this morning it cost me 8.99 with confirmation, u should email your confirmation to him.

Yeah I posted it in the paypal claim messenge center, so if there's an issue, I have proof with paypal that I shipped it back.

True... but time's a wasting on their 14 day policy. What are you going to do with it anyway? Try and pawn it off on someone else?

My stuff should get their tuesday, so I'll let you know if it does, their email said 2-3 days for refund after receipt.

They sent me two kits by mistake so they are paying shipping on the one so i will return both and not lose anything on this B.S.

lol, I'm happy with my kits, I only went with them because they had the "QB" extreme color, which is hard to find.
