Hifonics subs?

I am looking at buying the Hifonics AS12R sub to match my Hifonics Brutus amp and was wondering if anyone had any opinions about Hifonics speakers/subs.

I used to have an Audiobahn Alum12Q until it was stolen. It seemed to be a really good speaker. I just figured I would try something else that matches my amp.

It is a fairly new sub and I've had trouble finding much info (i.e. recommended enclosure specs or reviews in general).

I haven't seen those before, but from the specs it looks like a decent sub. Price isn't that bad either.

Well I ordered the sub last Friday. I'll post some info on it when I get it mounted in the box. I called Maxxsonics (the company that makes Hifonics products) and they sent me a file with all of the specifications of the AS12R.
