Driving home from gas station after refueling our 2008 Highlander and most my dash warning lights starting flashing. For a little background, I just had to file an insurance claim and got the interior torn apart and cleaned to clear out a mouse infestation.

Any input? Hoping it was just the gas cap that was loose, but manual says it may take several trips for malfunction indicator to go away.

Mouse infestation might have something to do with it but first get the cel codes and go from there.

Yep, checked codes. Lights flashing with no trouble codes thrown.

That's definately a wiring issue. volt meter, test light and trace the circuits, A wiring schematic will Def help. You filed a claim so your insurance should cover the repair.

You can't mess with the wiring. I don't have a Tyoyta at the moment, but I know what you mean. I had a similar situation with my Ford Explorer Sport Trac .
