His and Hers?

Ha, no but I would. I had a Land Rover Disco and miss that alot, so this would be a fun truck as well.

Does she do a lot of hardcore off roading? If not, she'll never use the crawl control, select terrain or rear locker. Maybe an SR5 premium would suit her well.

After over 40 years of driving, started looking for a used Toyota brand...for the first time.
- wife had a FWD Volvo v70 wagon that was cr*p in snow
- I looked for a low mileage Highlander & wanted something 6 years old...to avoid car payments & a private deal
- instead found a mint 2008 RAV4 Limited, 4x4 that has proved to be an outstanding smaller SUV in winter & the v6-269HP is a rocket ship

6 months later - I got our 2nd Toyota, for myself...a low mileage/1 owner 2000 4Runner SR5 4x4 auto. and love it.

^^ Not the same as 2 new 4Runner's, but its a start.
Her RAV4 gets the decent gas mileage and the work commute-family miles.
- in 4 more years, will be looking to replace her Gen3 for another v6 SUV
So a slightly used Highlander, 4Runner or Lexus RX350 will be our future choice...having one newer vehicle, in family.
- Big Congrats to the dual 4Runner family's

I agonized over getting a second one for the garage, but when I saw the Cement...It made things alright. The his (TRD pro) and her (Limited) 4Runners.

Unfortunately, for my better half we have his and her wheels... I have always found his wheels sexy :naughty:. When it came time to outfit mine, I just couldn't help myself. He did have them long before me, "Happy wife, happy life". This has given him an excuse to shop new wheels!

I'm with a liberal Hillary crony who thinks the 17mpg I get should be illegal. I have a great pic of her in it for the first time - mad as hell because I didn't discuss it with her first.

But when the roads got all flooded during Hurricane Matthew guess who wanted to take the 4Runner out?

Me and my wife both love our (her) t4r TE, she had a kia sorento before and honestly we liked it till it started crapping out on us 2k miles after warranty. Just purchased c4 fab sliders so she can get in it, next is lift and tires.

Myself I have a 2011 Tacoma TRD Sport and as much as I love the T4R, I actually enjoy the way the Tacoma Drives and not worried about nicks and dings as much.

I met my wife and she had a Jeep GC. I then coaxed her out of that and into a Legacy. Then a year later she wanted back in an SUV so I got her into a highlander (current soccer mom mobile). NOW she wants a Sequioa (finally real 4wd!) so we'll be looking come summer for one.

Here's our "his and hers"

I started with a 3rd gen. Then I went out and bought a 5th gen. Neither are hers. In fact, she has no interest in driving either. Cool with me. She likes her Sonata just fine.

i've tried to sell mine on a 4r.
She loves mine, but refuses to drive it; RAV is exactly the size of a vehicle she likes.

My wife bought a 2015 limited first. I was dead set on running my isuzu rodeo until it died. Well the long or short of it was i got fed up with the rodeo breaking down more often somi found a used 2016 trail and bought it for me. Somwe are a 2 runner family
