Hitch-Haul's for T4R

Im looking to get a Hitch Haul for my 4runner, but i dont want one off the back of the truck, i want to get one on the front. Any idea how to set this up? Or are there kits out there?

I think this is possible, but I would have a number of concerns about doing it.

Warn Industries makes a multi-mount winch that actually fits into a hitch receiver. The winch can be relocated to the rear of the vehicle if necessary. I understand the mounting hardware on the front of the vehicle is essentially a hitch receiver.

For me it definitely wouldnt be a fulltime addition. I spend a fair amount of my summer fishing on a Drive on beach in Delaware. I'd pretty much just attach it when i get down to my beachouse for the weekend, or even for the day, so i can easliy get a cooler and Rods on there, and still have enough room for my dog, and passengers. Honestly, i had no idea hitchhauls were available from places like ****s sporting goods for so cheap whereas a local place around here was selling them for 150bucks.
