I ended up with the Rigd and table setup because they’re close, could save on shipping and couldn’t be happier. This thing seems indestructible and has zero wobble. I just installed their license plate light mod and will be adding the back up camera relocation as well. Oh and another note, I had a question on torque values and I emailed their tech service 6:30 pm on a Friday and received a response same day 30 minutes later. Good luck finding that level of CS with Wilco.

Have any of you guys had issues with the DtM carrier anti wobble device getting loose?

Mine wobbles around like crazy now and ended up stripping the hex key it came with trying to retighten the anti wobble device…

Damn thing doesn’t sit level either when you open it nor can you easily mount a table to it

Bunch of other issues too. Going to put the Wilco back on and toss the DtM in the dumpster if there’s no other way to fix it

Did you contact DOM regarding these issues ?

I have a RIGD and I love it. I was skeptical that it wouldn't wobble or rattle, but it has been rock solid. It's really nice being able to take it on and off unlike a full rear bumper.

Just to let you know that Prepper Racks make a Drop down Tire carrier that allows you to mount to your Tow hitch but still allows you to tow with the Hitch. I had one on my 2005 4Runner but sold it. Now I have one ordered for my 2000 Lexus 470.

rear mounted spare tire and bike rach

I need a rear mounted spare on my 4 runner and there are plenty of hitch type racks, BUT, I still need my bike rack mounted on the back as well, it is a hitch type bike rack.
Would love some suggestions.

I have the Detours Offroad swing-away tire carrier. Great departure angle, sits close to the hatch, and easy to use IMO. I've had it for on my vehicle for over a year now and the anti-wobble retention never once came loose after thousands of miles on/offroad.

Sorry to bring up an old thread. I like this carrier a lot and can seem to find it for sale anywhere. Where did you buy it?
