Hollister SVRA

Hi guys, I am driving from LA to San Francisco tomorrow and was thinking about dropping into Hollister for a little bit to run a trail. Any suggestions on trails? I'd be going alone and am still stock, so I should keep it a lighter. Thanks!

With a stock 4r, you can make it to the overlook. I'd recommend you stick to greens and some blues if you're up for the challenge. Avoid blacks at all costs.

You can probably get through some obstacles at the adventure park, but you'll bottom out either on your tow hitch, rear bumper, or front bumper on some obstacles. You may even get high centered taking the wrong lines.

Did you ever end up going? I was there yesterday and just seeing this now. We stayed on all beginners.

I am likely heading back soon to visit the Hudner park

I will be checking out the Hudner area and in Upper Mcray Rd and West trail with new tires later this month. Have fun out there.

Yea, just try to be aware of which trails you are taking. Some of them are badly marked.

Yea, just try to be aware of which trails you are taking. Some of them are badly marked.

True on signage, maybe 50/50 would show a name. We just marked the map as we passed a named trail along our intended green route. (Practice like you want to play)

Note: Trying to break the wifey in to navigate and spot when she is not driving.

I'm always down to putt around at Hollister. Let me know if you all end up going. I am pretty familiar with the those easier trails at this point.
