Horrible Squeaking Noise

Ok, I have a horrible squeaking noise coming from my front passenger side wheel area. The noise seems to be coming from up high in the wheel well. I can dublicate the noise by pushing up down on the bumper only when the wheels are straight, if I go lock to lock there is no noise while pushing down on the bumper. Listed below are all the things that have been replaced just in the past 4 months...

LBJ's - both sides - advance auto parts
ITR's - both sides - advance auto parts
OTR's - both sides - advance auto parts
Steering Rack Bushings - energy suspension
Steering Rack Guide - toyota
Struts - pro comp
Sway bar bushings - advance auto parts
Sway Bar End Links - both sides - advance auto parts
CV Axel's - both sides - advance auto parts
Outer Axel Seals - both sides - advance auto parts
Tire's re-balanced and alignment

Sprayed lube on everything and still have this metal on metal squeak. The control arm bushings seem in decent shape visually. I am at a total lost, did notice some play in the upper ball joints when a friend was duplicating the noise by pushing down on the bumber. The steering knuckle seems to go out away from the vehicle a good bit, while the control arm goes towards the vehicle... seems to be a minute wiggle in it, if that makes any since?

have you confirmed all of your new bushings are still in tact and in good shape. i had the same noise from my front sway bar rubbing.. the bushing was just pinched a little bit and showed enough metal to rub. I also had the same noise on my SI from the front coil but that seemed to be an oddity.

Make sure the tire isn't rubbing anywhere on the fenders as well..

Well I bought a $4.00 grease needle today and shot some grease into the upper ball joint on the passenger side where this horrible squeaking noise seems to be coming from. Bounced up and down on the bumper, there was no more squeaking. Now the very interesting part... Drove around 25 miles home this afternoon and quess what? Shook the front around and the squeaking came back. What is even more interesting is after sitting in the garage for 2 hours tonight, I can jump up and down on the front bumper and no squeaking?

Think this weekend I am going to snatch the UBJ out of the upper control arm and check the play. Also check the upper control since it will be halfway free to move. Thinking about go crazy.

Any luck? I think I have a similar noise that comes and goes. Thought it was the sway bar link bushings but I took that off today and gave it a spin and the darn noise is still there. I feel your pain.
