How are you lifting your 5th gen?

Startin out stock trail, I'm thinkin traditional billstein 5100s , but the FJ lift is only an inch and in my opinion more suitable for the 5th gen. How are you guys lifting your 5th gend and what are your results?

Or just get a toytec ultimate kit. Comes already set @ 2.5" and is exactly the same set up toyota uses on the new trd pro. Eibach coils with Bilstien shocks. I run them on my Gen5 and it rides a tad firmer then stock on road and soaks up rough stuff off road like it's not even there. Just came back from doing Mojave road again and they made it feel like butter.

The only Toytec Ultimate lift kit I can find for the 5th Gen comes with Bilstein 5100 shocks/struts. I could have sworn the TRD Pro comes with reservoir shocks.

IIRC only the rear shocks have resi's.

No reservoir for front but they are 2.5" shock body like the bilstien 6112 vs 5100 2"body.

Lots of good choices. HIGH LIFT JACKS, BOTTLE JACKS, SCISSOR JACKS, jumping jacks... or some combination... (yeah, that was lame...sorry)

I went with the 6112/5160s (see build thread). I am very happy so far. It's basically the same as the TRD Pro but the 6112's are adjustable.

6112/5160s Cost less than the TRD Pro suspension as well!

I'm in the 6112/5160 crowd. Got a great deal on them, not a difficult install and it leveled my 2015 Limited perfectly. I like the ride quality and am heading off road tomorrow!

Can't go wrong, and its $500 cheaper than the TRD Pro suspension I was considering.
