How are you liking your BFG KO2s?

I had the KO2's for a couple years and I wasn't a fan. Sure they are super aggressive but they were loud and gave my car horrible gas mileage. I switch to the Nitto Terra Grapplers last year and I ****ing love them! It was night and day difference. No more loud highway noises and I noticed my mileage definitely go up! They grip really well too! If you're looking for a DD style tire I would definitely recommend the Nitto's!

Are you thinking of the same tire? I thought KO2s came out late last year like November or December?

I was going to say, my KO2s are quiet as they can be. Now the KM2s....that makes perfect sense lol

I run 265/70/17 Cooper ST Maxx in my Hilux Surf on 2012 FJ Cruiser Rims. Great tire but they seem to wear a lot faster than my last BFG's. I just wanted to try something different.

I've had KM2s, Duratracs, and currently have the ST Maxx all on my 4runner. I think I like the Coopers best overall. My buddy has the KO2 and it is a great tire with a great progressive history to what the tire is today.

I think with either of your original choices you will be very satisfied. The thing that made difference for me when trying to make the same decision between the KO2 and ST Maxx was that the Coopers cost less. If you can get the KO2s for $600 from giovannie23 new I would do that in a heartbeat.

Coopers cost less? wow, we must be getting ripped off out here in Oz then, my coopers were $120 dearer per tire than the KM2's

I got a set just havent gotten them mounted on just yet

That's a rockin deal, but I think that the shipping would kill me/any savings, living near Seattle. I will probably be getting 4+ a spare. If I was planning on road tripping anytime soon, I would be all over this.

I think I am leaning towards the BFG KO2s now. I just keep running into people and asking them about their tires, and they seem to really dig em.

Alright so I had my Toytec Boss and 275 70 17s installed yesterday. I have a bad vibration when I hit 55 and on up. Going to have rebalanced and alignment checked again.

Shop that did my list and tires swears they have had a lot of issues with drive line vibration on bf goodriches they have put on Toyotas. Anyone experienced this first hand?
