How bad did I screw up...... Frame experts needed

I'm going through this EXACT thing after my suspension install. Bought this for my inner passenger rail exactly as it's pictured.

My Indy mechanic is going to do that piece plus a 1-2 other small pieces. Then I'll be busting any surface rust off and going HAM with por15 metal prep and sealer

My mechanic works out of his house as side work. He was happy with the pre cut pieces, definitely cheaper than buying a large sheet of the material and cutting it.

great, mine actually arrived this afternoon. Now trying to locate a good welder/shop to put them in for me

Hey Fezzik, out of curiousity, where did you find this 4runner from? Was it on EBay? I found one on eBay that I'm going to look at in a few days. I've heard great things about this seller, but was just curious who sold you this. Thanks
