How do I change fog bulbs in Shrockworks bumper?

Kind of a dumb question, but I would like to know. I have the Shrockworks bumper on my 4Runner and at least one fog bulb goes every 3 months. So I drive around without fogs until I take the truck in. I would like to change these myself.

Here's an image of the bumper at a low angle. The lights are the PIAA. I don't have the model number of them unfortunately, they aren't on the invoice.

Edit: I think they are the PIAA 510. I found this little guide, but the lights are recessed in my bumper, so do I have to pull them out the engine side of the bumper first?

If your burning out that fast you may want to double check your wiring.
You have relays?

Pretty easy to replace the bulbs...H3 style, for the PIAA 510.
You may be able to reach in under the bumper to get at the mount bolts, depending on lift and how much fender liner has been cut out. Can remove the little filler piece on the bottom edge of the Shrockworks for more room.

If you remove the side screws all the way the inner holding piece will fall out.
Don't remove the side screws all the way, just loosen them enough to pull it apart.
