It shouldn't cost much. A half hour tops from start to finish for a competent mechanic. I'd ask them to replace it prior to delivery.
I'd also ask them to inspect for any other worn out rubber bushings.
I should add that it's not a critical repair. But if they'll replace it as a condition of the sale, that would be great.
This was the response I got from them, does this make sense?
