How do I untag myself from the User Tag List of a thread?

A few months back someone tagged me in the "What did you do to your 3rd gen" thread. Not in a single post, but at the top of the page in the entire thread. The "User Tag List" is shown under the header just above the first post on each page. Lo and behold, I'm the only one listed. How in the world can I get this tag removed?

Here's my problem. I have begun my build thread and am trying to use the "site:www.toyota-4runner.or…" search function in google to find all of my posts in that thread. When I search for "ugamurph" it pulls up every single page of the thread. Even ones that I did not post to, like, or get mentioned in.

What did you do to your 3rd gen today?

Someone please help me out.

I'm not sure how you did it. But it looks like it happened on 3-15 around 3am.

Continually spamming? I used the mention feature twice to invoke a response from someone who might help. I don't consider that continual or spamming.

But, thanks for responding. All I needed to know was whether or not any of the mods could help.

I don't think there is a way to untag with the plugin we use. I'm going to try and upgrade it to see if they added this functionality.

What about the option to remove that feature? Not much. Point in tagging someone on entire threads when we have the mention option now.
