How do you change the turn signal bulb?

The front turn signal bulb in my 04 4runner just went out... can somebody tell me how to get the bulb out and swap it for a new one?

For mine 03' I just reached under the front bumper, found the plug for the turn signal, turned it a 1/4-1/2 turn and pulled it straight out. Unclipped the light from the plug, replaced and reinstalled. Pretty simple swap.
