How Hard is Cloth to Leather Seat Conversion?

Well, i might be htting you up soon to get miscellaneous parts. I am getting the seats out of a '00, so I will get power leather and headrest holders in the back. I wanted heated seats but i know people dont just throw their seats up for sale, so im biting on the opportunity i have.

Alright, cool. Thanks. I am going to pick up the seats today from the kid. I will let everyone know how it goes. He wants to test drive my truck because he said that he is going to get the same lift as me. I think he just wants to drive it...
Hopefully I have seats to install tomorrow! I already know how to rewire the power plugs for the power seats!

I got them! I picked them up from the guy today. I forgot to even snap a photo but the donor runner, that whole front end was smashed in. It was a horrible sight. The whole front was flat, all the way to the windshield. Looked like it had no nose.
But I got the leather seats and doors! They are all in GREAT condition!:

So I finally got my interior on! It was sort of a PITA, but it ended up looking awesome!

Put the amplifiers back in. That was the biggest pain in the ace* about this whole project:
Installed the wiring. Had to ground wires and re-splice the new power seat wiring harnesses. It wasn't bad:
(The sunlight looks like stains on the seats, but these things are almost flawless.)

All of the powering is good to go, except ONE problem.
I am lacking power in the passenger seat back portion. The bottom slides back and forth, but the back of the seat doesn't budge, and also, the seat belt indicator doesn't work for the passenger side.
The driver side is fully functional.
What could the problem be?
The passenger side has 3 wires, and they match the wiring on the power seat wiring harness, but when I wire them together, nothing works.
When I bring power over from J12 connector, the bottom works.
And when I bring direct 12V from battery, to the 2 circuits and bring a negative terminal to the white/black one, everything on the passenger seat works, including seat belt indicator and back.
But everything just stopped working, and I tried that method again, but now only the bottom works.
Can someone help? Why is only the bottom motor functioning? Is there something else than needs to be done?
I tried to following the tutorial that I posted somewhere in this thread, but his directions looked different than mine, and I had to take my own routes because I have a 2002, and some of my wiring were different colors than his.

Thanks man. I like them as well. They can handle a lot of power.
I just looked through my photos and have never noticed how dark my windows are tinted. They look black in some of those.

It's looking good. When i swapped mine i put the old drivers side lumber in my passenger side. Still haven't got a chance to wire it up yet.

Yeah, I was going to do that, but figured I had the button on the upper side of the driver door, and didn't wanna transfer anything else.
